The Crown Victoria with improper tags, allegedly driven by 22-year-old Kevin Foster, impacted the rear bumper of the ambulance causing minor damage to the suspect’s vehicle. The suspect was uninjured and attempted to flee on foot before being apprehended by police. Foster was arraigned this morning on 10 charges, including hit and run, reckless driving, and driving on a suspended license.
