Commonwealth of Virginia that was appealed from the Alexandria Circuit Court.  In this case, the Supreme Court of Appeals of Virginia held that the record of convictions for repeated violations of motor vehicle laws, including three convictions for disregarding stop signs within little more than three months preceding commencement of proceedings for revocation of motor vehicle operator’s license, supported charge that licensee was habitually a reckless or negligent driver and warranted suspension of his license for 30 days on such charge.
