The Supreme Court of Appeals of Virginia heard the case of Lamb v. Commonwealth of Virginia that was appealed from the Alexandria Circuit Court.  In this case, the Supreme Court of Appeals of Virginia held that the order of motor vehicle commissioner, suspending operator’s license for 30 days and reciting that it was charged that licensee was an habitually reckless or negligent driver in that he had been convicted of specified violations of motor vehicle laws, when read as a whole, was sufficient to show that commissioner had found that licensee was habitually a reckless or negligent driver and that suspension of license was based on such finding.
