In Railway Exp. Agency, Inc., of Va. v. Moore , 201 Va. 928, 114 S.E.2d 626 Va. (1960),  the court observed that,  “On entering intersection it was duty of motorcyclist to look with reasonable care, and motorcyclist had no absolute duty to discover truck entering intersection from private parking lot unless it was in such plain view that by looking with reasonable care the motorcyclist was bound to have seen the truck in time to have avoided the collision.”
