In Moore v. Warren, 203 Va. 117, 122 S.E.2d 879 Va. (1961) , the court observed that, “motorist had duty to yield right of way to farm tractor-trailer approaching intersection from motorist’s right. There is but one right of way at intersections, and, unless such right of way has been forfeited, that is with vehicle on right.”
