Police officer had reasonable suspicion for Terry stop of motorist whom officer suspected of driving without valid driver’s license; officer’s knowledge that motorist had been arrested two weeks earlier for law violations that often resulted in license suspension gave officer reasonable suspicion to detain and question motorist briefly, motorist’s request that officer give motorist “a break” after officer asked if motorist had license gave officer reasonable suspicion to detain motorist further, and when motorist was unable to produce valid driver’s license, officer had reasonable suspicion to continue detention while he awaited results of license check. Glasco v. Com.26 Va.App. 763, 497 S.E.2d 150 (1998).
