Conduct of 16-year-old driver in stopping vehicle at night to remove something attached to antenna and then restarting vehicle without turning on headlights and proceeding even though windshield had become foggy did not amount to willful and wanton negligence, despite contention that driver was aware that pedestrians were walking in area and that driver proceeded in excess of posted speed limit; even pedestrian who was subsequently struck by vehicle testified that, other than he and his wife, that there were only some boys walking on road, and it was uncontroverted that pedestrian was walking on wrong side of street with back toward approaching traffic in violation of statute.
