Officer was possessed of specific and articulable facts which, together with reasonable inferences deducible therefrom, were sufficient to allow officer to reasonably conclude that defendant might have been involved in criminal activity, thus justifying investigatory stop of defendant’s vehicle, where officer knew that black male had committed at least two robberies in the immediate vicinity and that a third had just occurred, he saw black male pull out abruptly in front of him across the street from most recent robbery, and the suspect drove erratically and acted suspiciously.
