Virginia Pittsylvania County Jury Indicted Collision Reckless Driving Lawyers Attorneys
A Virginia state trooper was indicted by a Henry County grand jury on a misdemeanor charge of reckless driving. The charge against Trooper A.J. Hairston stemmed from an investigation by a specially appointed prosecutor into a June 7 collision in which Hairston and another driver were injured. Pittsylvania County Commonwealth’s Attorney David Grimes, the investigating prosecutor, declined to comment Tuesday.
