Evidence was sufficient to support finding that defendant engaged in gross, wanton, and culpable conduct that demonstrated a reckless disregard for human life, and thus supported convictions for involuntary manslaughter and felony child neglect; evidence indicated that defendant failed to ensure that victim, his twenty-one-month old child, was removed from her confinement in her car seat and lodged safely in the house, as defendant left victim in her car seat over course of several hours on a very hot day without making any inquiry about victim or provisions for her care, nourishment, or safety, and expert testimony was given that a child of victim’s age would have required food, drink, sleep, and diaper changes over the course of several hours.
